As per our agreement with ACS West, our management company, HOA violation inspections will done on a regular basis during 2022. The ACA representative doing the inspections will more than likely be driving a gold Honda Accord, or a blue pickup truck.

Please do not be alarmed if you see any of these vehicles driving slowly through the neighborhood and photos of violations being taken. Also, we encourage you to avoid violation write-ups by putting your trashcans away properly by noon the day after pickup, keeping your grass cut and leaves removed properly, powerwashing your house when it needs it, and having any roof-stains removed.
