There will be FOUR positions on the Ashbrook Board of Directors that will be coming up for election at our Annual Meeting on Monday, June 3rd, 2024. There will be two “one year” terms, one “two year” term, and one “three year” term. In the event that a quorum is not present at the June 3rd meeting, the Annual Meeting will be postponed and held at 7:00 P.M. prior to the July Board meeting.

Any home owner in-good-standing who would like to run for one of the four Board positions in this election please write a letter of intent, giving a short biography, reasons why you would like to be on the Board, and how you feel you can help the community. Either email it to Christopher Bertsch, our ACS West Community Manager, christopher@acswest,org, or mail it to Nominating Committee, Ashbrook Community Association, care of Chistopher Bertsch, ACS West Inc., Suite 100, 1904 Byrd Avenue, Richmond, VA 23230. Please make sure that it is emailed or postmarked no later than March 31, 2023. The Ashbrook Nominating Committee will review the letters-of-intent and recommend the slate of candidates to the Board at the April Board Meeting. The ballots, along with copies of the letters of intent, will then be prepared and mailed out to all owners/residents for them to cast their votes and return the ballots prior to the Annual Meeting. 

Board Members are expected to be at Board Meetings, serve on at least one committee, and assist in setting up and running Ashbrook functions.
