Community-wide inspections for roof stains, powerwashing, house and shutter painting, and driveway violations will be ongoing during march and april.

We encourage owners to check your house and property for violations, and voluntarily schedule them for correction. If they are written up as a violation please know that you will only have 14 days to make arrangements to have the work done before the financial non-compliance penalty of $10./per day may be imposed.

Also, if you were previously written up last Fall and got an extension and have not yet done the work, when written up again you are subject to the $10./per day non-compliance penalty to be imposed retroactively.
