Buildings, Grounds, and Lake Committee

This committee is responsible for overseeing the Community Center and other structures in the common areas, the walking paths, playgrounds and equipment, the vehicle corral, the landscaping and maintenance of the common areas, and to some extent Ashbrook Lake. They also research and recommend new projects to the Board and manage ongoing projects under construction for repairs and maintenance, and obtain estimates and manage any contractors used on these projects and landscaping.

The committee meets at 6:30 P.M. on the first Thursday of each month at the Community Center to discuss new ideas for improvements for the community, go over estimates and proposals for new projects, and any issues related to their responsibilities.
