Nominating Committee​

This committee is appointed by the Board of Directors at the Board Meeting prior to the Annual Meeting to serve for the upcoming year. They gather letters of intent from potential candidates for Board Positions coming available at the next election, interview the candidates, and make recommendations to the Board for candidates to be on the ballot.

The committee meets once a year in April. The Chairperson is Terry Guthrie.
